3x Medical Science Liaison ICA (Germany) (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies in rare diseases and critical care. To strengthen our team in Germany we are looking for a 3x Medical Science Liaison ICA (Germany) (f/m/d).

In this key position you will build sustainable relationships through personal interaction with stakeholders. You will supervise experts, conceptualise scientific projects and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales.

Your field of activity

  • Building sustainable relationships through personal scientific information exchange with assigned stakeholders in cooperation with the sales force (e.g. through individual appointments, accompanying appointments, lectures, job shadowing)
  • Qualified supervision, support and further development of external experts, speakers and medical-scientific centres
  • Conceptual cooperation with scientific societies, in coordination with the national (and international) Medical Affairs team
  • Presence and support during the initial use of the products and in the event of user-induced hurdles
  • Participation in international, national and regional congresses and events
  • Conception, budgeting, initiation and implementation of regional scientific projects, including training events
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales/Sales Force
  • Support with internal and external study projects
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other therapeutic areas (BUs) where appropriate
  • Area of responsibility: 1/3 of Germany, home-based in the South/Centre/North region

Your profile

  • University degree in natural sciences (in the field of medicine or pharmacy) preferred
  • Strong medical-scientific expertise
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperate and enjoy working with different functions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to convey and present complex issues in a way that is understandable and tailored to the respective dialogue partner
  • Experience in field service; experience as an MSL and in the cardiovascular therapy field or in emergency services is an advantage
  • Ability to familiarise yourself quickly and independently with new indications and issues (e.g. publications)
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to learn new things and to develop and implement innovative ideas Experience in actively shaping projects and in collaborative work in cross-functional teams
  • Social skills and a confident manner Willingness to travel (external overnight stays)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
