Dr. Martin Steinhart, CEO, AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH, medical doctor by education, brings expertise in research and development as well as strategic know-how of international medical affairs and developing new markets.
Bernhard Nachbaur, LL.M., CEO, AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH, a tax-law expert, brings longstanding experience in entrepreneurship and financial management within the pharmaceutical industry as well as strategic expertise in business development.
The management consists of a team of highly qualified professionals, most of whom have a degree in natural sciences and have extensive research experience both at universities and in industry research institutions. What unites them all, however, is not their common scientific background, but rather their passion for innovative therapies for rare diseases and critical care.
It is this passion that drives our management team and all our employees to be fully dedicated to developing and manufacturing efficient medicines that effectively treat diseases and improve patients' quality of life as much as possible.
