Digital Transformation Project Manager (Finance & Enabling Functions)

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager who acts as a strategic partner to the business and drives the end‑to‑end execution of digital initiatives. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands‑on project management, working closely with stakeholders to shape and deliver digital solutions. The initial focus will be on Finance and Enabling Functions, with opportunities to expand into additional business areas over time based on organizational needs and individual strengths.
Act as a digital transformation partner for Finance and other business functions, focusing on process efficiency, transparency, and scalable solutions.
Translate complex business requirements (incl. finance-related topics) into clear digital use cases and implementation roadmaps.
Collaborate with subject matter experts while maintaining an end‑to‑end, cross-functional perspective.
Support strategic planning by translating business challenges into technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
Lead scoping, feasibility analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.
Facilitate strategy workshops, stakeholder interviews, and innovation sessions.
Stay current on emerging digital trends and assess their relevance to AOP Health's operations.
Champion change management and digital adoption across functions.
Plan and execute digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Set up governance structures, define roles/responsibilities, and manage scope changes.
Lead cross-functional project teams (technical, business, vendors) and foster collaboration.
Monitor milestones, budgets, and quality metrics using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
Ensure quality assurance, user training, and documentation for seamless handovers.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement areas.
