Marketing Manager Italy

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead a strategic, efficient, and results‑driven marketing function in Italy. The role ensures that all marketing plans are developed, aligned, and executed according to company priorities and guidelines.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Prepare and support product launches by developing and implementing marketing and communication plans at national, regional, and hospital levels.
  • Provide local market, customer, and competitor insights to shape global strategy and contribute to annual marketing planning.
  • Conduct market analyses to anticipate environmental and competitive changes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Market Access, supporting promotional activities and ensuring aligned, compliant tactics.
  • Coordinate with Global Brand Units on launch priorities and marketing strategy.
  • Develop strategic communication and training materials with strong scientific accuracy.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of commercial campaigns.
  • Manage key customer relationships with Sales and KAM teams and represent the brand in the field (approx. 30%).
  • Work with the Business Unit Director to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Advanced scientific degree in natural science, medicine, or business
  • 5+ years of pharma industry experience
  • Track record of responsibility of marketing and pre-launch and launch experience
  • Track record of commercial success
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English and Italian
