Tadalafil AOP is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs, also known as pulmonary hypertension) in adults. It belongs to a group of medicines called “phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors” (PDE5 inhibitors), which help your blood vessels in the lungs to dilate, thereby improving blood flow to your lungs. This leads to improved performance during physical activity.
