Application Owner - Digital Workplace (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Application Owner - Digital Workplace (f/m/d).

AOP Health is seeking an Application Owner – Digital Workplace to oversee and continuously enhance our core business applications. Based at our Vienna headquarters, this role plays a key part in ensuring the usability, efficiency, and strategic development of digital workplace tools across the organization.As Application Owner, you will own Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams end-to-end, acting as the key link between business and IT while driving user adoption and continuous improvement.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Training, Support, and Maintenance: Develop and deliver training materials for essential business applications, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and basic Azure services used in the digital workplace environment. These core digital workplace tools include Microsoft 365 for productivity, with applications such as Office and Outlook, and Microsoft Teams for seamless communication and collaboration. For file sharing and content management, SharePoint Online and OneDrive ensure secure document access and collaboration. 
  • Application Improvement: Evaluate and implement improvements to business applications based on user and management feedback. 
  • Technical Support: Manage and resolve issues through the internal ticketing system, perform error analysis, and address hardware and software problems. 
  • Project Collaboration: Contribute to larger project teams focused on implementing new applications, interfaces, or features for digital workplace business applications. 
  • Mobile Device Management as a bonus competence: Manage mobile devices through Microsoft Intune, providing support for both Android and iOS devices. 

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Digital Workplace services or a similar role.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent IT technology education.
  • Proven experience in supporting and maintaining core digital workplace tools, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, including training and support functions for both laptops and mobile devices.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration skills.  The ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Process-Oriented & Structured. Working in a methodical and organized way, ensuring efficiency in digital workplace management.
  • Fluent in English, German is considered a plus.

  • Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of 77 000 - based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
