AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an Assistant Marketing & Sales (f/m/d).
In this role, you’ll support a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare diseases—combining strong organizational skills with hands-on involvement in marketing, events, and cross-functional projects.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Provide reliable administrative support, including handling travel arrangements, managing expenses, and processing invoices
- Coordinate and organize scientific meetings, congresses, and internal events
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, contracts, and reports
- Actively support a variety of marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Work closely with our Key Account Managers and the whole L-AT team
- Maintain regular contact and collaboration with colleagues at our headquarters
- Be part of an innovative, growing company dedicated to bringing solutions to patients with rare diseases
- Gain valuable insights into both medical and marketing activities
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Background in business or administrative studies, or relevant professional experience
- Hands-on mindset with flexibility and a proactive approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both German and English
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint

- Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 2.700.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
