AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an Associate Travel & Service Management.
As Associate Service Management, you will help coordinate essential internal services that support daily operations and employee experience at our Vienna headquarters. Your primary focus will be on business travel management, while also assisting with a variety of internal service initiatives – ranging from health campaigns and employee events to day-to-day office improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear processes, and contributing to a positive and well-organized work environment.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Act as the go-to person for employee travel bookings and platform support
- Communicate with our external travel partner and ensure travel policy compliance
- Follow up on booking exceptions and support employees in using the booking system
- Help plan and coordinate internal service initiatives such as health campaigns, company events, and office-related activities
- Contribute to small projects and process improvements that enhance office life and internal service delivery
- Maintain schedules, lists, and documentation related to travel and internal services
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure reliable, employee-focused support
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Completed commercial training, a comparable qualification, or experience in a similar position
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to contribute ideas and drive improvements
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in working with booking platforms and digital tools

- The gross annual salary in accordance with the collective agreement (KV) for this role is 37.674 EUR on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week) with willingness to pay more if you have the appropriate qualifications and experience
