Corporate Communications Manager

Full-time Vienna

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager who is passionate about bringing strategy to life through efficient communication planning and impactful storytelling. In this role, you will shape our global internal communications, partnering with senior leaders and engaging employees during an exciting period of growth and transformation. 

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Develop and drive AOP Health's global internal communications strategy. 
  • Create inspiring content and campaigns that engage employees by continuously improving communication formats, channels, and user experience across digital platforms.  
  • Plan and deliver global employee events, virtual town halls, and change communication initiatives supporting. 
  • Continuously enhance our communication channels, employee experience, and digital communication formats. 
  • Advise and prepare senior leaders for town halls, leadership events, and other internal communication formats. 
  • Creation and roll-out of internal Employer Branding measures in alignment with external Employer Branding and HR. 
  • Measure communication impact through KPIs and employee feedback and use AI-enabled tools to continuously improve communication. 
  • You will act as the primary internal communications partner for HR, executive management, digital, IT and other corporate functions, ensuring consistent communication across the organization.
  • Ensure close alignment between internal and external communication activities .

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Master’s degree in communications, Journalism, or a related field.  
  • 6-8 years of experience in internal or corporate communications within an international environment.  
  • A proven track record in corporate and change communication  
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.  
  • Experienced in managing global employee events virtual town halls, and livestream communication formats  
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and stakeholder relation skills.
  • Curios about trendingtopics, latest communication standards and experienced in using AI-powered communication tools.  
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the confidence to work across all levels of the organization. 
  • Independent working style and strategic thinking.

  • Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
