AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an International Market Access Manager (f/m/d).
In this role, you will improve patient access to AOP Orphan's therapies by strategically leading international market access and stakeholder engagement initiatives and you advise on the pricing and reimbursement potential and market access needs of new assets.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- You drive the development, execution and implementation of the European HEOR and market access strategy for assigned products
- As active member of global brand teams, you foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of HEOR/market access strategies with commercial and medical function
- You provide input to launch planning and lifecycle management, and actively support country HTA submissions and price negotiations
- You assess pricing and reimbursement potential of new opportunities in assigned therapeutic areas and ensure evidence generation plans support market access needs in AOP's territory
- Act as internal consultant to HQ and country teams regarding pricing and reimbursement/HTA regulations and health policy trends
- You work closely with the AOP pricing manager and country teams, facilitating and consolidating country input to regional and global strategy development
Your Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in HEOR or Market access field
- Must have thorough understanding of pricing and reimbursement mechanisms across
- Europe Self-motivating personality with willingness to learn, can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- High-level project management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 5.500.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
