Manager IT Operations

We are looking for a Manager IT Operations who manages and optimizes a hybrid IT environment (on‑premises and cloud), ensures smooth daily operations, and drives improvements across systems, applications, and infrastructure.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Configuration and maintenance of a Hybrid AD environment (On-premises and Azure/ Entra ID)
  • Problem Management for on-premises and Azure/ M365 hybrid environment
  • IT projects implementation of new software solutions (NIS2 and GxP compliant)
  • Request Fulfilment (Access-Management for business Applications, SSO)
  • Core Application Management (Update & Batch management for business Applications)
  • Supervision of IT Operations Control (Monitoring & Update, Batch Management)
  • Documentation and further development of internal information wiki
  • Configuration & Asset Management (Lifecycle Hardware/ Software/ Services, inventory of IT assets)
  • Evolution of AOP IT environment (software, tools, infrastructure)
  • Maintenance and Patch Management of Window IT Infrastructure

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Strong experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID (Hybrid setups)
  • Proven background in Microsoft 365 and cloud services operations
  • Experience in IT operations, support, and infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of identity & access management (IAM), SSO solutions
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., NIS2) is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (especially problem and request management)
  • Experience in application management and batch processing environments
  • Strong analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (once a quarter)

  • Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
