AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Quality & Partner Manager (f/m/d).
In this position, you will oversee external partner management, negotiate and maintain quality agreements, and conduct thorough audits. Collaborate closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional compliance and coordination across all functions.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Collaborate within the Quality Management Department which is responsible for assuring various aspects of quality compliance within AOP Health
- Responsible for various tasks related to management of external partners
- Liaise closely with contract partners to negotiate and establish Quality Agreements and organize life-cycle of these documents
- Organize and conduct audits at our partners and follow-up on the respective CAPAs
- You are involved in (re-)qualification of partners such as CMOs, consignment stocks, distributors, MAHs etc.
- Communicate with AOP Health representatives and external partners worldwide
- Ensure good and close coordination/communication with internal and external business functions
- Working in multi-disciplinary teams
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Profound background in a GxP environment (pharma-related)
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems
- Strong planning and communication skills with team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
- Several years (5+) of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment Experience in negotiating quality agreements (GMP, GDP)
- GxP Audit experience desirable
- Independent and precise working style even under stressful conditions with strong attention to detail
- Quick perception, analytical thinking and flexibility
- Open-minded personality with a pro-active attitude and approach to problem-solving
- Very good Office 365 user skills
- Strong communication and presentations skills in German and English (written and verbal)
