Sales & Operations Planning Manager (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Manager (f/m/d).

In this role, you'll spearhead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, fostering collaboration and driving strategic alignment. Analyzing demand, identifying opportunities, and creating balanced plans will be key focuses. You'll engage stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and champion operational excellence.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Set up process for demand, supply reviews and S&OP Meetings
  • Create a consensus plan through balancing of demand and supply capacities Interact with country organizations, Finance and Data Scientists to understand demand forecast drivers Solution development for bottlenecks
  • Develop tactical and strategic sourcing and replenishment plans Monitor KPI reporting on forecast accuracy, forecast bias, forecast changes and summaries
  • Organize international SCM planning workshops within the AOP Group

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or comparable field
  • 3 years experience in Sales & Operations planning or similar role Experience in statistical forecasting methods is an advantage Comprehensive understanding of SCM relationships, methods and tools
  • Experienced in use of ERP Systems
  • Keen sense of both the big picture and details
  • Comfortable addressing critical issues
  • Experienced interfacing with top management
  • Passionate about facilitation with exceptional mediation skills
  • Good collaboration, organization and communication skills
  • Experienced Office 365 user Willingness to travel approximately 4 times per year Fluent in German and English

  • Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 3.600.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
