Senior Manager International Quality Systems

Full-time Vienna

We are looking for a quality professional who combines GMP expertise, strong technical know-how, and a deep understanding of quality processes. In this role, you will play a key part in the digitalization of AOP’s Quality Management Systems and actively contribute to the globalization and continuous improvement of our quality processes.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Leading implementation, validation, and maintenance of an international electronic QMS within the organization. Including roll-out to the affiliates and implementation of additional modules in close cooperation with the affected functions, companies, affiliates/subsidiaries and external consultants, if applicable. 
  • Maintaining oversight of project budget(s) and timelines 
  • Closely collaborate with subject matter experts, consultants and supplier 
  • Closely collaborate with quality departments from country organizations and headquarter to understand local requirements and ensure these requirements are implemented in the eQMS 
  • Ensure that identified enhancements are implemented 
  • Act as business system owner for the eQMS system 
  • Actively participate in trouble shooting 
  • Act as QM-approver for CSV-related documents 
  • Support other departments in utilizing the eQMS system 

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in a QM/QA role with a global context 
  • Experience in leading projects 
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of computerized system validation (CSV) requirements and eQMS, preferably with hands-on experience in CSV projects 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and being able to priorities and self-manage 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on mindset 
  • You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally  
  • Strong communication and presentations skills in German and English 
  • IT skills (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 45.080,- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
