Software Developer (f/m/d)

Fulltime Vienna

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Software Developer (f/m/d).

In this role, you’ll oversee Microsoft stack maintenance and drive the development of innovative business applications. With your extensive experience and technical prowess, you’ll be instrumental in shaping digital solutions across diverse business areas.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Maintenance and support for the Microsoft stack at AOP (Functionalities and applications implemented within Office 365 and Azure)
  • Requirement Engineering and consulting for internal digital business applications (workflows, reports, dashboards, applications etc.) in different business areas (e.g. finance, controlling, commercial, communication, research etc.)
  • Setup, configuration, adaption, and development of business applications using Microsoft Frameworks, tools and related programming languages as well as modern web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS etc.)
  • Guidance of external service providers in the delivery
  • Maintain good documentation for all implementations to ensure maintainability and reliability, ideally within DevOps

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology (University, FH)
  • Several years professional experience in software development
  • Several years professional experience with Microsoft Technologies and tools (Power platform – Power Automate, Power BI; Teams, Azure database etc.)
  • Development experience in C# within the Sharepoint framework, SQL, APIs, and knowledge in UI/UX design principles, microservices
  • Practical experience with ERP-Systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Familiarity with data modelling and schema design Familiarity with .NET development tools (e.g. Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, German language skills desirable
