Supply Chain Execution Manager (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Supply Chain Execution Manager (f/m/d).

In this role, you'll be instrumental in aligning internal and external stakeholders, streamlining processes, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. Ensuring compliance, maintaining high service levels, and resolving challenges will be key as you manage exports, monitor stock levels, and handle customer complaints. You'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence within the global supply chain landscape.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Alignment with internal and external stakeholders (country organizations, warehouses, etc.)
  • Standardization and digitalization of internal (HQ, countries) & external (e.g. customers) processes
  • Identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to optimize supply chain processes
  • Fulfillment of customer orders under GDP compliance throughout the supply chain
  • Achieving a high customer service level Reacting to supply issues and potential out of stock situations (production problems, QM issues, etc.)
  • Ensuring monthly sales bookings Capability to keep a clear head in very complex and stressful situations Organizations of exports of goods according legal and local requirements
  • Contact with authorities concerning supply chain issues (import licenses, import and transit declarations)
  • Administrations of stock levels in national and international warehouses
  • Monitoring and optimizations of international transport processes
  • Handling of customers complaints (Alignment with quality management and external partners)

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent working experience
  • 3-5 years of comparable work experience preferable in a pharmaceutical company
  • Good social and communications skills
  • Hands on mentality as well the ability to keep a clear head in stressful situations Experienced in use of ERP Systems
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Good skills desired Experienced Office 365 user

  • Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 3.600.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
