Supply Chain Execution Manager – Inbound Planning

We are looking for a Supply Chain Execution Manager – Inbound Planning to ensure uninterrupted product availability through effective inbound planning, coordination with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and proactive supply risk management. Acting as the key operational link between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners, you will drive reliable, compliant, and efficient supply execution.

 

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Own inbound supply planning to ensure continuous product availability across markets.
  • Translate demand forecasts into production and replenishment plans in collaboration with CMOs.
  • Manage production capacity, schedules, inventory levels, and inbound deliveries to achieve OTIF and service level targets.
  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead supply disruption management, escalations, supplier changes, and technical transfers.
  • Support product launches, market expansions, and S&OP processes by providing visibility on supply constraints, risks, and solutions.

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and production planning within an ERP System (Dynamic 365)
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and structured working style
  • High sense of responsibility for the availability of critical products
  • Key contributor to the team’s reorganization and future direction
  • Business fluent in English and German

  • Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 45.080,- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
