Gwenaelle Kerforn joined AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH, Member of the AOP Health Group (AOP Health) as Head of Human Resources in October 2022, making her part of the company's Executive Management Team. Her responsibilities include the strategic direction of human resources management and organizational development.

A native of France, she received her master's degree in management from ESCP Business School in France, England and Germany. During her career, she specialized in organizational development and performance management as well as transformation processes and change management. After holding senior positions in international pharmaceutical companies, she most recently worked at Hookipa Biotech GmbH, where she served as Executive Director, People & Organization.
