A native of France, she received her master's degree in management from ESCP Business School in France, England and Germany. During her career, she specialized in organizational development and performance management as well as transformation processes and change management. After holding senior positions in international pharmaceutical companies, she most recently worked at Hookipa Biotech GmbH, where she served as Executive Director, People & Organization.
